Returns & Refunds

1. Overview

You can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. Call 8448559657 or email ACCOUNTS@RPGELECTRADE.IN with your order number.

2. Eligibility and timing

There is no return fee. We arrange pickup from your address (or you can bring it to either of our stores). The product must be unused beyond inspection, with original packaging, accessories and invoice. Some products are checked by the brand technician before approval.

3. Need help?

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 7 business days after the product is checked. Cash-on-delivery refunds are paid by bank transfer.
